Processing Time
We aim to process, pack, and post all orders within 1-3 working days.

Domestic Shipping
For UK orders, we use a 24hr tracked service with Royal Mail.

International Shipping
For overseas orders, we offer a fully tracked service. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred once your order arrives in your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be settled directly with the relevant authorities or carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, kindly contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. We are unable to take responsibility for damage once the package is in transit.

Return Policy

We hope you love your new item. Everything we create has been handcrafted with love and intention. However if you wish to return your purchase you can send back to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

All items must be sent back unworn and unwashed in original packaging. Please send an email to: Sunny.yukimi@gmail.com for all returns enquiries clearly stating why you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

Sale items are non refundable

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and custom fees for international orders. We recommend using a tracked service as no refund can be processed without the item being in our hands.
